will cause other parts to fail. Just like any machine, keep

Choose from Basic,
Standard and Premium service
plans that go way beyond what LECO®
recommends. Your level of instrument usage, its age, and the
importance you place on reliability all determine what level
of maintenance you should have under contract. |

| Basic Preventative Maintenance
Plan |
This level of PM is recommended
for low use instruments
( <25 tests per week) and those used for back up only. |
Once yearly, we will perform
the LECO® recommended PM Service.
A Complete
Tune-Up is performed and your instrument is calibrated.
Travel
Time, Expenses and Per Diem are prepaid, and our Expense
Sharing Policy does apply. So if we have a technician in the
area, and you are due this service, travel expenses will be split
appropriately and a credit will be issued to your account. All repairs
are billable at the current hourly rate in effect, and operator
training is available at a reduced hourly rate. |
| Standard Preventative Maintenance
Plan |
This level of PM is recommended
for medium use instruments
(25-200 tests per week) |
| Once a Standard or Premium Service
contract is in effect, we start a Maintenance
History File and initiate a Reliability
Profile that evaluates the long-term reliability of your instrument.

Once yearly, we will perform
the LECO® recommended PM Service.
In addition, a Complete
Tune-Up is performed and your instrument is calibrated. In
addition, an Electrical,
Mechanical and Integral Inspection is performed to identify
any parts that have degraded or repairs needed. Sufficient tests
are run to ensure operation according to manufacturer’s specifications.
All repairs are billable at the Contract
Rate, and operator training is available at a reduced hourly
rate. Travel

| Premium Preventative Maintenance
Plan |
This level of PM is recommended
for heavy use instruments
(200-and more tests per week). |
Twice yearly, we
will perform the LECO® recommended
PM Service, and if a technician is in the area between visits,
a quarterly maintenance and check-up is made without extra charge.
A Complete
Tune-Up is
performed and your instrument is calibrated. In addition, an Electrical,
Mechanical and Integral Inspection is
performed to identify any parts that have degraded or repairs
needed. Sufficient tests are run to ensure operation according
to manufacturer’s specifications.
